BOOKINGS

The number of people who will make use of the apartment must be the same number specified at the booking. Otherwise Rent-flat-barcelona is authorized to request your immediate departure of the apartment without any kind of compensation for the customer.
The prepayment of the booking must be done by credit card or transfer bank. The resat of the amount must be paid by credit card or in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
All booking must be minimum 3 nights.
All the bookings have a 45 € to 75 € extra surcharge for the final cleaning of the apartment. This amount is detailed on the budget of your reservation request.
Water, electricity, heating and taxes are included.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT

It will be given a guarantee deposit of 200 €, 300 € or 500 € depending on the period of your stay as security for the good use of the apartment and community areas (hall, elevator…..) covering the possible damages during your stay.
If there is not any problem or damage the last day of your stay we will refund the guarantee deposit.
Once established in the apartment in case of detecting any damage or incidence in the equipment working, please contact us in a maximum time of 48 hours and we will try to solve it is soon as possible without any surcharge.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE TERMS

CHECK-IN

Check-in will be done from 15:00 until 20:00 in the afternoon.
The arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra purchase of 30 €. This purchase must be paid the day of your arrival.
When confirmed the payment of you booking we will inform you of how to get the apartment, as well as the name and phone of the person in charge of meeting you in the apartment.
Please, inform us of your arrival time to Barcelona in order to have everything ready.
Anywhere, when you arrive at Barcelona you must call to the contact number informed, either from the airport terminal, train station or if coming by car. Between 30 to 90 minutes after you call the person in charge of meeting you will be at the apartment for the check-in. Remember that in the apartment there is nobody and if you don’t call us nobody will be at the apartment waiting for you.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out will be done from 08:00 to 11:00 in the morning.
Check-out will be done from 8:00am until 11:00am. If you want leave the apartment later, please let us know the day of your arrival, and if there is not any other reservation on the same day that your departure, you will be able to enjoy the apartment until 18:00 paying an extra surcharge of 30 €.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the leasing contract would be cancelled before your arrival day, the following conditions will be applied:

-The 100% of the prepayment when the cancellation is done before 30 days your arrival.
-A 50% of the prepayment if the cancellation is done between 15 and 30 days your arrival.
-If the cancellation is done during the previous 15 days to your arrival the prepayment won’t be returned.
In case of leaving the apartment before your check-out date, the total amount of the booking must be paid.

If before your arrival for reasons beyond our control or unforeseen circumstances rent-flat-barcelona should be unable to provide the customer the apartment he has rented, it will have the right to transfer him to a property of similar characteristics, if the customer refuses the new apartment the booking will be cancelled and the prepayment will be returned.

Once established in the apartment in case of serious damages in the apartment rent-flat-barcelona will offer to the customer an apartment of similar characteristics. If the customer refuses the new apartment the booking will be cancelled and the amount of the booking won’t be returned.

Otherwise, if Rent-flat-barcelona does not have any apartment to offer, the customer has the right to cancel the booking and receive a part of the payment. This refund does not include the part corresponding to the final cleaning and the days that the apartment was used.

EXTRAS

-The arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra purchase of 30 €. This purchase must be paid the day of your arrival.
-Loosing the apartment keys has a purchase of 20 €
-A cot has a purchase of 30 €
-All the extra purchase must be paid the day of the check-in.

BEHAVIOUR

The person who signs the leasing contract is responsible for his and his companions behaviour. If this person or any companion does not behaviour in a correct and responsible way, Rent-flat-barcelona.com is authorized to request your immediate departure of the apartment, without any kind of compensation for the client.

STAY

The apartment will be delivered in perfect cleaning and equipment conditions. During your stay this will be your responsibility. If any problem would arise in the apartment, if something lacks, or something is broken please contact us. In case of emergency you will be given a mobile phone number where we will help you.
